In Studio & Online Yoga Classes
At Michelle Bappoo Yoga & Meditation, I offer studio yoga classes with multiple students. I ensure my classes are affordable at just £10 for a drop-in session, making it easy for you to join any time you want. Whether you want to improve your physical health, reduce stress, increase flexibility or focus your mind, yoga classes are a perfect place to start. My classes are tailored to suit all levels of experience, so you can progress at your own pace.

Online Yoga Classes
I also offer online classes, so you can practice from the comfort of your own home. My online classes are just as interactive, as my in-studio classes, so you won't miss the sense of community and the feeling of practising with others.
