About Michelle Bappoo Yoga & Meditation

My name is Michelle Bappoo, I am a senior yoga teacher with 10 years of teaching experience and 30+ years of practice. I hold nurturing classes to help individuals deepen their knowledge and practice of yoga. Classes are held in Essex, UK and retreats are held across the world. I also offer teacher training courses and 1-2-1 classes, providing accessible classes for all.

I lead a variety of different yoga classes, which means you're sure to find something that suits your needs.

As well as being a yoga teacher, I am also a singer songwriter.

I hold the following qualifications all accredited by Yoga Alliance international:

  • 200 hour Teaching certificate

  • 300 hour Advanced Teaching certificate

  • 200 hour meditation

  • 100 hour pranayama

I host live classes in and around Essex, many of these classes can be joined on Zoom to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. Follow the link for my timetable.

With a choice between a 200 hour teacher training Yoga Alliance International accreditation or non-accredited option. Monthly payment option, blended learning (online and in person) to allow you to become an outstanding teacher

My yoga retreats are a fantastic way to take a step back from the business of life. I offer relaxing sound baths and uplifting kirtan, we eat delicious nourishing meals and rest in beautiful accommodation. My upcoming retreats are in North Norfolk, Thailand and Marbella.

I offer 1-to-1 yoga sessions, which are tailored to your specific goals and requirements, allowing you to experience the benefits of yoga on a more personal level and group sessions for a more affordable and communal.

My corporate yoga sessions can be held at your office before the start of the working day or fitted into a lunch break. These classes can be live or on Zoom. I also offer well-being sessions which include yoga, meditation and sound baths. A deeply nourishing practice which reduces stress and brings focus.
